How to add, edit and manage your delivery addresses.
How do I save a delivery address?
You can save an address during checkout by ticking "Save this address" before completing payment. You can also add and manage addresses directly from Account → Settings → Addresses.
Can I save more than one address?
Yes — you can save as many addresses as you need. This is useful if you want to ship to different locations, such as a home address and a workplace.
How do I set a default address?
In Account → Settings → Addresses, click "Set as default" next to the address you want to use by default at checkout. Your default address will be pre-selected whenever you check out.
How do I edit a saved address?
Go to Account → Settings → Addresses and click "Edit" next to the address you want to update. Make your changes and save.
How do I delete a saved address?
Go to Account → Settings → Addresses and click "Remove" next to the address you want to delete. If it was your default address, you'll be prompted to set a new default.
Are my saved addresses visible to other users?
No. Your saved addresses are private and only visible to you. Sellers only receive the delivery address for a specific order after a sale is completed.
Can I use a different address at checkout even if I have saved addresses?
Yes. At checkout you can select any of your saved addresses or enter a new one. Entering a new address does not automatically save it unless you tick the "Save this address" option.
