Apple Snail (Mystery Snail) - Group of 3

Description
Got some black apple snails from my planted tank to move on. These are Pomacea diffusa — the legal mystery snail species, not the banned canaliculata you see mentioned online. Currently around 2cm shell, they'll get to 4-5cm full size. Lovely glossy black shells with pale cream bodies and those long eye stalks that catch people watching. Always active and grazing.
Easy snail to keep — hardy, anywhere 18-28°C works, and they prefer slightly harder water for their shell so throw in a bit of cuttlebone if you're on soft tap. Air breathers so need access to the surface, and make sure your lid's tight because they will climb out if given the chance.
Plant safe — they only graze algae and dying plant matter, not healthy leaves. Peaceful with everything, fine in community tanks.
One thing to mention — they lay pink/white egg clutches above the waterline. Easy to scrape off if you don't want more snails.
