The Draw
When it happens, how the winner is chosen, and what to expect.
When does the draw take place?
Each competition has a draw date shown on the competition page. The draw takes place on or after this date. If a competition sells out all tickets before the draw date, the draw may be brought forward — you'll be notified if this happens.
How is the winner chosen?
The winner is selected at random from all valid entries using a randomised draw. Only entries with a correctly answered skill question are eligible. The draw is conducted fairly and the result is final.
What makes an entry valid?
A valid entry requires a completed payment and a correct answer to the entry question. Entries where the question was answered incorrectly are not included in the draw.
How will I know if I've won?
Winners are notified by email and in-app notification as soon as the draw has been completed. The winner's name or username is also displayed on the competition page.
What if I don't respond after winning?
We'll attempt to contact you by email and through your AquaLots account. If we can't reach you within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. Make sure your account email address is up to date.
Can the draw result be disputed?
The draw result is final. If you believe there has been an error, contact us through our contact page within 7 days of the draw and we'll review your query.
