What is Buy Now?
Buy Now allows you to purchase a listing immediately at the price set by the seller, without waiting for an auction to end. If a listing has a Buy Now price displayed, you can complete your purchase in seconds.
How do I use Buy Now?
On any eligible listing, click the "Buy Now" button. You'll be taken straight to checkout where you can select your delivery method, enter your address, and pay securely via Stripe. The seller is notified as soon as payment is complete.
Can I buy more than one of the same item?
Yes. If the seller has listed a quantity greater than one, you can select how many you'd like to purchase at checkout, up to the available stock. Each item in the quantity is priced at the listed per-item price.
What happens after I buy?
Once payment is confirmed, the seller receives a notification and will arrange dispatch or collection. You'll be able to track the status of your order from your purchases page in your account.
Can I cancel a Buy Now purchase?
Once a Buy Now purchase is confirmed and payment is taken, it is considered a binding transaction. If you need to cancel, contact us through our contact page as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, though cancellations are not guaranteed.
Is the price I see the final price?
The listed price is the item price set by the seller. At checkout a small buyer fee is added to cover platform and payment processing costs. The full total — including all fees — is clearly shown before you confirm payment.
What if the item sells out before I complete checkout?
Stock is reserved when you initiate checkout. If the item becomes unavailable before you complete payment, you'll be notified and the checkout will not proceed. No payment is taken for unavailable items.
