Sellers list items with a starting price and an end time. The highest bidder when the auction closes wins and proceeds to checkout.

You'll be notified and taken to checkout to select delivery and pay securely via Stripe.

Bids are binding. Contact us through our contact page if you believe there are exceptional circumstances.

Click "Buy Now" on any eligible listing to purchase immediately at the listed price — no waiting for an auction to end.

Yes, if the seller has listed multiple quantities you can select how many you'd like at checkout.

On eligible listings, click "Make an Offer", enter your amount, and the seller will accept, decline, or counter within 48 hours.

Offers can be withdrawn before the seller responds. Once accepted, the offer is binding and you'll be taken to checkout.

AquaLots accepts all major debit and credit cards via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our platform.

A small buyer fee is added at checkout to cover platform and payment processing costs. The exact amount is shown before you pay.

Options are set by the seller and may include shipping, local collection, or both. You choose at checkout.

Once your item arrives, confirm delivery in your purchases page. This releases the seller's payout — only confirm when you're satisfied.

Don't confirm delivery or collection if there's an issue. Contact us through our contact page within 7 days and we'll investigate.
