What happens after you win — how prizes are delivered and what to do if something goes wrong.

How will I know if I've won?

You'll receive an email notification and an in-app alert as soon as the draw is complete. Your name or username will also appear as the winner on the competition page.

How do I receive my prize?

After winning, you'll be contacted with details of how the prize will be delivered. This varies depending on the prize — physical items are typically shipped to your registered address, while vouchers or digital prizes may be sent by email.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery timescales vary by prize. We aim to dispatch prizes within 5–7 business days of the draw. You'll be kept updated by email once your prize is on its way.

What if my prize arrives damaged?

Take photos of the damage and the packaging immediately on arrival. Contact us through our contact page with your name, the competition name, and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

What if my prize doesn't arrive?

If your prize hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us through our contact page. Please include your name and the competition you won, and we'll investigate and resolve the issue.

Can I exchange or return a prize?

Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If you have concerns about your prize, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Are prize descriptions accurate?

We take care to ensure prize descriptions are accurate. However, minor variations in product specifications or packaging may occur. If you feel the prize you received differs significantly from what was described, contact us through our contact page.
