How It Works
What are AquaLots prize competitions?
Prize competitions are raffle-style draws where you buy tickets for a chance to win an aquarium prize. A winner is drawn randomly from all valid ticket holders once the competition closes.
Buying Tickets
How do I enter a competition?
Browse active competitions, choose how many tickets you want, answer the entry question correctly, and complete payment via Stripe.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
Yes — buying more tickets increases your chances of winning. Each ticket is a separate entry in the draw.
The Draw
How is the winner chosen?
Once the competition closes, a winner is selected at random from all valid entries. The draw is conducted fairly and the result is final.
When does the draw happen?
Each competition has a listed draw date. If a competition sells out before the draw date, the draw may be brought forward.
Prizes & Delivery
How will I know if I've won?
Winners are notified by email and in-app notification. Your name (or username) will also be shown on the competition page.
How do I receive my prize?
Prize delivery is arranged directly with the competition organiser. Details are provided when you are notified of your win.
