How to enter, payment, and managing your entries.
How do I enter a competition?
Browse active competitions at aqualots.com/competitions. On any competition page, select how many tickets you want to buy, answer the entry question correctly, and complete payment via Stripe. Your entry is confirmed instantly.
Do I need an account to enter?
Yes — you must be logged in to a registered AquaLots account to enter a competition. If you don't have an account, you can register for free.
How many tickets can I buy?
You can buy as many tickets as you like up to the per-person limit shown on the competition page (if one applies). Each ticket is a separate entry in the draw — buying more tickets increases your chances of winning.
What is the entry question?
Every competition includes a simple skill question that you must answer correctly to enter. This is a legal requirement for skill-based prize draws in the UK. The answer is straightforward — it is not designed to be a barrier to entry.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major debit and credit cards are accepted via Stripe. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored on AquaLots.
Can I get a refund on tickets?
Ticket purchases are non-refundable once the entry is confirmed, except in the event that a competition is cancelled by AquaLots. If a competition is cancelled, all ticket purchases are refunded in full.
Where can I see the competitions I've entered?
Go to Account → Competitions to see all competitions you've entered, your ticket counts, and the status of each competition.
What happens after I enter?
You'll receive a confirmation email with your entry details. Your tickets are logged and you'll be entered into the draw automatically when the competition closes. You don't need to do anything else.
