Managing your listings, orders, sales history and Stripe account.
Where do I manage my listings?
Go to Account → Selling. You'll find four tabs: Active (live listings), Sold (awaiting dispatch or delivery confirmation), Ended (expired or cancelled listings), and Sales (full transaction history).
How do I mark an order as dispatched?
In Account → Selling → Sold, find the order and click Mark as Dispatched. You can add a tracking number — buyers appreciate this as it lets them follow the parcel. Once dispatched, the buyer is notified.
How do I edit an active listing?
From Account → Selling → Active, click the options menu on any listing and select Edit. Most fields can be updated at any time. On a live auction with bids, some fields such as the starting price are locked.
How do I delete a listing?
From Account → Selling → Active, click the options menu and select Delete. You can only delete a listing that has no bids. Once an auction has received bids, it must run to completion.
How do I view my sales history?
Go to Account → Selling → Sales to see a full record of completed transactions, including sale amounts and order status.
How do I see my seller rating?
Your seller rating is shown on your public profile page. It's calculated from feedback left by buyers after completed sales. Go to Account → Profile → View public profile to see how you appear to buyers.
What happens if a buyer doesn't pay after winning an auction?
If a buyer wins an auction but doesn't complete checkout within a reasonable time, contact us through our contact page. We'll follow up with the buyer and, if necessary, allow you to relist the item.
How do I set up or manage my payment account?
Go to Account → Seller to connect your payment account. Once connected, you can view payouts, update bank details, and manage your payout schedule in Account → Payments.
