Changing your password, resetting access, and keeping your account safe.
How do I change my password?
Go to Account → Settings → Security. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm. Click Save to update it. You'll receive an email confirmation when your password is changed.
I've forgotten my password — how do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour — if it expires, simply request a new one. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Account → Settings → Security. Enter your new email address and your current password to confirm the change. We'll send a verification link to the new address — you'll need to click it before the change takes effect.
I'm not receiving the password reset email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure you're entering the email address you registered with. If you still can't find it, contact us through our contact page and we'll help you regain access.
I think my account has been compromised — what should I do?
Change your password immediately from Account → Settings → Security. If you can't log in, use the Forgot Password option on the login page. Then contact us through our contact page so we can review any suspicious activity and secure your account.
How do I keep my account secure?
Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other sites. Never share your login details with anyone. Be wary of phishing emails — AquaLots will never ask for your password by email. If something looks suspicious, contact us.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. To request account deletion, contact us through our contact page. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for legal or financial compliance reasons (for example, records of completed transactions). We'll explain what is retained and why when you make your request.
