Profile Settings

How do I update my profile?

Go to Account → Profile to update your display name, username, bio, and profile photo.

What information is shown publicly?

Your display name, username, profile photo, bio, location (general area only), and seller rating are visible to other users.

Saved Addresses

How do I save a delivery address?

You can save addresses during checkout, or manage them in Account → Settings.

Can I have multiple saved addresses?

Yes — you can save as many addresses as you need and choose between them at checkout.

Notifications

What notifications does AquaLots send?

We send notifications for bids, outbids, auction wins, messages, order updates, and competition entries.

How do I manage my notifications?

Go to Account → Settings → Notifications to control which emails and in-app alerts you receive.

How do I change my password?

Go to Account → Settings → Security to update your password. You'll need to enter your current password to confirm.

I've forgotten my password — how do I reset it?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address.
